Sesame Crisps




















Ingredients

90g butter
100g caster sugar (I used 80g)
1 egg
1 egg white
100g plain flour
30g black sesame seeds


Method
  1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and egg white and mix well. Fold in flour and sesame seeds.
  2. I spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper and break it into small pieces. You can spread the mixture into small circles with the back of a spoon instead. Bake in pre-heated oven of 180C for 15min. Cool well before storing in containers.
