Ingredients
90g butter
100g caster sugar (I used 80g)
1 egg
1 egg white
100g plain flour
30g black sesame seeds
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and egg white and mix well. Fold in flour and sesame seeds.
- I spread the mixture evenly onto parchment paper and break it into small pieces. You can spread the mixture into small circles with the back of a spoon instead. Bake in pre-heated oven of 180C for 15min. Cool well before storing in containers.
