Ingredients
250g Butter (I used 227g as the butter I bought came in this size and I was lazy to add on =p)
175g Icing sugar (I reduced to 130g)
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla powder (I used vanilla extract)
350g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
160g Cornflakes (crushed)
50g cranberry

Method
- Combine plain flour, baking powder and vanilla extract together with the crushed cornflakes, set aside.
- Cream butter, egg and icing sugar together till light and fluffy.
- Pour in all the plain flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. Fold in the cranberry.
- Use spoon to scoop the mixture on to the baking tray.
- Bake at 180C for about 15 mins.
