Almond Cookies


Ingredients

150g round almond
230g plain flour
150g caster sugar (I used 120g)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
150ml canola oil

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) above in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in oil to bind the ingredients together. 
  2. Roll the ready dough to about 0.5cm thickness and cut out using cookie cutter. Egg wash the cookies before baking.
  3. Bake in pre-heated oven of 175C for 15-20min till cookies are ready.
