Ingredients
150g round almond
230g plain flour
150g caster sugar (I used 120g)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
150ml canola oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except oil) above in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in oil to bind the ingredients together.
- Roll the ready dough to about 0.5cm thickness and cut out using cookie cutter. Egg wash the cookies before baking.
- Bake in pre-heated oven of 175C for 15-20min till cookies are ready.
