Ingredients
200g ground peanut )
150g coarsely ground peanuts ) I used phoon huat grade B gound peanut
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g icing sugar (I used 80g)
100g oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except oil) above in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in oil to bind the ingredients together.
- Roll the ready dough to about 0.5cm thickness and cut out using cookie cutter. Egg wash the cookies before baking.
- Bake in pre-heated oven of 165C for 15-20min till cookies are ready.
