Peanut Cookies



















Ingredients

200g ground peanut               )
150g coarsely ground peanuts ) I used phoon huat grade B gound peanut
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g icing sugar (I used 80g)
100g oil

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) above in a mixing bowl. Slowly add in oil to bind the ingredients together. 
  2. Roll the ready dough to about 0.5cm thickness and cut out using cookie cutter. Egg wash the cookies before baking.
  3. Bake in pre-heated oven of 165C for 15-20min till cookies are ready.
